Integrative Fisheries Crime Prevention Model in North Natuna Sea

Abstract—Fisheries Crime is a method of crime that includesall value chains of fisheries activities. It is defined as crime inthe entire fisheries sector, from fishing to processing. Purpose-This research studies the topic of social reaction by finding aproper fisheries crime prevention model that can be effectivelyimplemented in North Natuna Sea and finding the causes of thecrime. Methods-The approach chosen by the researcher is aqualitative approach that focuses on identifying, observing, andinterpreting a cause in depth on the signs of crime, causes, andgeneral characteristics of perpetrators.
