Abstract—With the rapid development of economy and
society, colleges and universities actively participate in the
construction of economic and social development, and build
industry-university-research alliances. Relying on the concept
and characteristics of learning community, this paper discusses
the necessity of collaborative innovation of art teachers'
production, learning and research, analyzes the impact of
learning community on production, learning and research
from the outside and inside, and proposes the way of
collaborative innovation of art teachers' production, learning
and research under the guidance of the concept of learning
community, so as to further promote the professional
development of teachers and the collaborative innovation
ability of learners.
